Organization
The Kingsbury Wellness & Learning Group is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic and educational services to children and adults. Our mission is to remove barriers and unlock potential for families with learning and behavior challenges; through community partnerships, we aim to increase equity and access to our services for families who may not otherwise have the means to attain them.

We have a broad range of therapeutic and educational expertise that allows us to serve children and adults with complex needs. Our diagnostic and psychological services have been serving families throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for decades, and we continue to provide assessments and therapy of the highest quality. We are currently offering both in-person and virtual services.

We are seeking a postdoctoral psychologist to join our team, providing psychological assessment and psychotherapy services to children and adults. We will provide in-house, hands-on supervision hours for licensure, as well as specialized training in neuropsychological testing. We offer a collaborative environment, complex cases, and the opportunity to learn a wide variety of tests. We also participate regularly in the special education process, and our evaluations have a strong focus on learning challenges. This is a full-time position that will include at least two comprehensive testing batteries per month and a small therapy caseload. Salary is competitive and includes health insurance benefits.

General Position Requirements:
- Graduation from an APA accredited clinical psychology doctoral program
- Collaborative attitude
- Cultural competency
- Prompt communication and email with colleagues
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Four in-office work days and one work-from-home day each week
- Availability for at least two evenings (up to 7pm)

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT:
We conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations that provide in-depth information about an individual’s functioning across a broad range of areas. Our evaluations include cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, and social-emotional testing. Psychologists who have testing experience are preferred, though training in specific measures and initial supervision will be provided. Specific skills and qualifications desired include:
- Experience testing children ages 3 and up
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with a range of clinical presentations, including learning disorders, Autism, ADHD, behavioral and emotional challenges

PSYCHOTHERAPY:
We provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services to children and adults with a broad range of mental health concerns. Psychologists from diverse clinical backgrounds are welcome; each is expected to demonstrate ownership of his/her therapeutic orientation while also maintaining competence in a variety of psychological interventions. All psychologists are expected to have basic foundations in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and family interventions.

Please submit a CV and a recent testing report sample to lsiegel@kwlg.org.
