As of right now all staff our working remotely with no date as of yet when they will be returning to the office, so you much be comfortable to work remotely.
Your accustom to being on the phone a large percentage of the day assisting patients, plus have a very strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare plus excellent computer skills this could be the position for you.
This is a 3 year contact, which may extend.
* Assist providers to submit documentation of request for case management, utilization review and other medical management services.
* Enter documentation of request for case management, utilization review and other medical management services ( collect, enter information into the system that is limited to non-clinical data or is structured clinical data. Good typing skills and attention to detail are a major requirement.
* Convey case information and other notifications via inbound and outbound calls.
2 plus years of related work experience
1 plus years in Health care.
Associates degree preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with medical terminology.
Major attention to detail.
Just graduated college with your Associates or BS ( health care related degrees ) and want to get a foot into the world of health care world?
Residence of District of Columbia.
