Key Responsibilities:
- Budget/plan and track all headcount, and headcount-related expenses, across the company
- Work closely and collaborate with senior management throughout all areas of the business
- Proactively identify and highlight opportunities for financial process improvements
- Perform monthly variance analysis on headcount and other business units as assigned
- Develop presentations to communicate analysis and insights to senior-level audiences
- Ad hoc analysis on an as-needed basis
Requirements
- Financial modeling and analysis skills are the main requirement for this position, but preference is given to candidates with 3+ years in FP&A at a growth company (including knowledge of GAAP accounting)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
- High proficiency in utilizing Hyperion/Essbase, MS Excel, and relational database applications
- Proven presentation and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of management
