Plans and Records AnalystThe George Mason University, Facilities Department is seeking enthusiastic and energetic candidates for our Plans and Records Analyst. George Mason University has a strong institutional commitment to the achievement of excellence and diversity among its faculty and staff, and strongly encourages candidates to apply who will enrich Mason's academic and culturally inclusive environment.About the Position:The Plans and Records Analyst is a member of the Facilities Technology team, which provides overall management of all Facilities Plans and Records digital and physical assets. Working with our Facilities departments, the position assists the Plans and Records Manager in the acquisition, description, preservation, digitization, access to, and security of all construction-related archival records for all construction projects undertaken by the University. The Plans and Records Analyst applies technical and functional project lifecycle knowledge to assist in delivering and improving the Plans and Records processes. This position works cooperatively with Facilities customers to ensure that Plans and Records needs are met in a timely and responsive manner. Duties require strong interpersonal skills using both written and verbal communication, working with all our customers as the primary contact for data requests.This position will work at our Fairfax campus.
