Working with our Facilities departments, the position assists the Plans and Records Manager in the acquisition, description, preservation, digitization, access to, and security of all construction-related archival records for all construction projects undertaken by the University. The Plans and Records Analyst applies technical and functional project lifecycle knowledge to assist in delivering and improving the Plans and Records processes. This position works cooperatively with Facilities customers to ensure that Plans and Records needs are met in a timely and responsive manner. Duties require strong interpersonal skills using both written and verbal communication, working with all our customers as the primary contact for data requests.This position will work at our Fairfax campus.
