Your eagerness to learn and strong organizational skills will position you for success managing a diverse portfolio. In this role you will help maintain systems such as ServiceNow, GitHub, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence/Opsgenie) and other SaaS solutions. Internal job title is Systems Administrator.

Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and administer a variety of industry-leading SaaS applications and systems.
- Provide identification, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and problems. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Manage provisioning and software licensing.
- Develop and maintain efficient/automated client system support.
- Collect and analyze data to report on the health of systems.
- Stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies
- Creates process improvements for workflows - discovery, planning, and execution with emphasis on automation.
- Record requests, issues, and solutions using service ticketing software. Keep all tickets and projects updated.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation
- Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems.
Qualifications
- Strong automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Ability to resolve technical issues and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Experience in tools administration, DevOps, infrastructure support with a desire to provide technical support leadership on a wide variety of industry-leading tools.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years supporting multiple applications as an administrator
- Bonus points for experience administering ServiceNow
