Job Description
The Washington Post is looking for a highly motivated Project/Client Management Coordinator with exceptional skills in organization and customer service to oversee sponsor deliverables and marketing campaigns for live programs. This person will be working regularly with high-profile clients to manage the benefits they receive as part of event sponsorships; in doing so, the role requires project management working with clients and program stakeholders, creativity in building out sponsor-specific custom content, attention to detail in implementing sponsor fulfillment and critical thinking to evaluate success and make recommendations for future partnerships.
You would be joining a fast-paced, highly collaborative and creative team that produced more than 430 programs in 2021.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate Washington Post Live sponsor deliverables and benefits post-sale
- Manage project timelines, including marketing campaigns and overseeing sponsor and team deadlines
- Liaise with external clients and internal stakeholders to deliver updates and manage communication flow
- Work closely with clients to create best practices and develop engaging event sponsor content
- Assist in leveraging campaign performance data and industry insights to create strategic marketing and partnership recommendations
- Create post-event recaps to share externally
Qualifications
- 1+ year of media, marketing, agency, client management or project management background
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- The ability to work collaboratively, prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Outstanding skills in time management, organization and teamwork
- Strong writing, copyediting and research ability
- Advanced skill level of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
