The MIL Corporation is seeking an Integration, Manager, who will serve as the Integration and Production Manager to provide direction, mentoring, and supervision for a team of electrical and mechanical integration and production personnel . This position is based in Lexington Park, MD.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college. Six (6) years of work experience related to the position or an Associate's Degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the position may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

The MIL Corporation is seeking an Integration, Manager, who will serve as the Integration and Production Manager to provide direction, mentoring, and supervision for a team of electrical and mechanical integration and production personnel . This position is based in Lexington Park, MD.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of integration and production efforts per the established QMS processes, activities, procedures, and reporting.
- Perform resource scheduling and co-ordination to ensure proper staffing is available and personnel utilization is optimized.
- Track and schedule integration, production, and installation jobs.
- Direct integration floor organization, layout, and manufacturing cell configuration and allocation.
- Guide training and mentoring efforts for integration and production team.
- Oversee materiel marshalling to manufacturing cells.
- Administer tooling and other integration and productions resource needs.
- Guide pack-out, crating, and shipping preparations.
- Champion best practices for integration, production, and installation efforts.
- Direct safety and hazardous materials processes.
- Take ownership of overall integration and production processes for the quality management system.
- Serve as overall facilities manager, with support from building leads from each location.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience leading integration and production teams.
- 5 years of related integration and production experience.
- Solid working knowledge of system engineering, drawing, and drafting principles and their application to integration and production processes.
- Experience administering training and certification programs for wiring, soldering, and other related accreditation programs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support CONUS and OCONUS travel (less than %10) as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination
Desired Qualifications
- Top Secret Clearance
- Knowledge of machining and fabrication technologies.
- Relevant environmental and safety certifications.
- Experience with facility management including knowledge of HVAC systems, power systems, and construction
