We annually serve over 4,500 individuals and are committed to providing uncompromising services to those in need.A Case Coordinator is needed in the Department of Behavioral Health for the Supported Living program. This position provides individualized teaching, training, and support needed to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses to help them maintain their independence in the community. Case Coordinators will work with clients in their home and throughout the community to provide life skills training and case management services. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the field of mental health with opportunities for advancement. This is a full-time salaried, M-F 8-4P position which requires extensive driving to provide services to surrounding counties. Flexibility is required to meet client needs that may extend into the evenings and possibly weekends.
