We are excited to offer the newly created role, Director of Talent Acquisition to be based remotely from anywhere in the East Coast - North America. This role will lead the Talent Acquisition function globally at Precision for Medicine, part of Precision Medicine Group, LLC.The Director, Talent Acquisition will oversee the strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives for the Precision for Medicine Division including: management of the complete lifecycle recruitment process, candidate sourcing and assessment, hiring practices, and effective advertisement and employer brand development. This will include, but will not be limited to, standardization of recruitment policies & procedures, the assessment of current and future talent needs, developing and executing recruitment plans in collaboration with the business to deliver high quality talent, and managing outside vendor relationships. The Director will also lead the global Precision for Medicine Talent Acquisition team in the delivery of business requirements. Will work with the Senior Vice President of HR on the Company's workforce planning efforts including organizational talent forecasting, internal talent pipelining, career progression, and research of trends in the marketplace which impact recruitment or retention efforts.A glimpse of what your day-to-day may look like. Partner with key stakeholders across all divisions, eliciting trust, build relationships and credibility to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and work we doCreate and execute strategy for talent acquisition to meet aggressive growth plans and comply with all applicable regulationsPartner with marketing to create compelling social media campaigns, including company career sites, LinkedIn, and emerging platformsResponsible for the people leadership of the talent acquisition team, including developing both individuals and the team as a whole creating a culture of accountability, continuous development and collaborationDetermine the proper mix of internal and external resources needed to meet hiring goals; develop and implement strategy for using external partners to augment and support internal efforts and effectively manage these ongoing relationshipsHire, mentor, support and lead the personal and professional development of a high-performing Talent Acquisition staff in a fast-paced growing companyEstablish recruitment processes including sourcing channels for different positions at all levels, assessment criteria and documentation, and manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing through offerIdentify and source talent for current needs at all levels of the organizationDevelop and execute talent acquisition strategies with an emphasis on proactively attracting talent and providing excellent candidate and internal customer experience, meeting diversity needs and driving our employee brand in the marketplace.Provide counsel to hiring managers in negotiating offersIn partnership with a counterpart in another division, ensure the applicant tracking process and technology are effectiveEnsure compliance with all policies, laws and regulations including: recruitment files are properly maintained and complete, documentation of all hiring decisions, applicant tracking and job postings are OFCPP compliantSupport a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce, through active leadership and participation in hiring plans that incorporate short term and long-term diversity metrics.Evaluate key data and metrics to assess operational and service opportunities, including baselines and production measures through best practices.Collaborate with the HR function on talent acquisition topics as appropriate (eg, new hire requirements, compensation, etc.)Identify and incorporate best practices, new trends and innovative tools and technologies to support recruiting effortsQualifications: Minimum Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 8 years full life-cycle recruitment experience in a progressive, fast-paced environment with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experienceOther Required:Experience creating and executing successful employment brandsExperience building high performing teamsIn-depth knowledge of sourcing channels including digital and non-digital marketing channelsUnderstanding of regulatory and compliance requirementsStrong experience with recruiting technologyStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trendsExperience in leading successful and complex business transformation initiatives, leveraging industry standard process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six SigmaAny data provided as a part of this application will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.Precision Medicine Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
