We're looking for smart, curious, technically savvy individuals to join our fast growing team.Job Description: Certifications Analyst supporting the FIPS 140 Consulting Team.Job FunctionsExamine IT products against security certification standards in order to determine and document compliance gap reports.Analyze design, architecture and implementation details of IT products and produce technical documentation specific to security certifications.Configure IT products to meet compliance requirements, and produce certification-specific deployment guidance.Author evaluation documentation for submission to testing labs and certifying authorities.Produce testing reports by conducting functional, operational, and vulnerability testing of the IT products.Communicate effectively with security product vendors, testing facilities personnel, and certifying authorities to address compliance gaps, testing queries and documentation comments.Required Skills and ExperienceWork-related experience and/or knowledge of a variety of cryptographic methods (including encryption/decryption, digital signatures and PKI, hashing, random number generation, and key transport/agreement methods) is a MUSTWork-related experience and/or knowledge of secure communications protocols (including TLS, SSH, and IPsec) is a MUSTBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cyber security, computer engineering, or related disciplineStrong analytical and technical skills - ability to assess IT products and components with great attention to detailStrong oral presentation skills - ability to articulate requirements in technical and non-technical terms to customers, peers and managementStrong organizational and prioritization skillsStrong technical writing skillsDesired Skills and ExperienceFamiliarity with cryptographic module/library packages, including OpenSSL, Bouncy Castle, wolfSSL, and BoringSSLFamiliarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook)Familiarity with the NIST SP 800 series publicationsU.S Citizen or Permanent Legal ResidentTo apply online, please visit: /join-our-teamJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:Following all CDC recommended guidance.
