ObjectiveTo assist in developing guidance for the Senior Executive Service (SES) program, Senior Level (SL) and Scientific and Technology (ST) program, business process maps for all Executive Resources programs, and assist with managing the SES recruitment and staffing program. The guidance and business process maps will outline the responsibilities of the ERB, PRB, the Chief Component Human Capital Officer, and the Executive Resources Office.Scope of WorkThe contractor will develop guidance and business process maps for the SES, SL and ST programs that will outline the approval processes of all career SES recruitment selections, reassignments, Presidential Rank Award selectees, SES/SL/ST Biennial program, review applicants for the SES Candidate Development Program, and the SES performance program. Additionally, the contractor will upload policies, memorandums, and other documentation pertaining to the Senior Executive Service program on the Executive Resources website. The contractor will be supporting tasks dealing directly with SES personal matters (ie name, address, email, telephone number, performance, benefits, SSN, driver license, and additional personal matters).DeliverablesTo complete this work:- The Contractor will provide approved guidance and business process maps to the Director of Executive Resources.- Ensure the Executive Resources website readily provide all guidance, memorandum, and forms pertaining to the SES program. Provide a FAQ link that will answer any questions pertaining to the Executive Resources programs.
