The primary duties include creating and maintaining a projectplan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, resource allocation, and financial status and goals. The Project Manager will be instrumental in organizing resources and providing leadership and direction for successful onboarding of new agreements and execution of projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop project plans, goals, budgets, identify resources needed, develop schedules and measure results in ConnectWiseUnderstand overall project objectives, as well as the role and function of each project team memberEnsure the project objectives and requirements are clear and agreed upon by all team membersCoordinate delivery and installation of technologyAssist project team in design and development tasksOrganize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion with budgetary requirements Drive problem investigation and resolution as requiredEnsuring that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully through to productionDesign and maintain technical and project documentationProvide solid communication to clients and staff. (Surprise & Delight)Perform related duties as assigned by supervisorMaintain compliance with all company policiesKnowledge of O365, SharePoint, Azure, IT Gue, Solution Deployments in a Project Management capacity.Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required: BA/BS, preferably in business administration or a related field.5 years of project management experience.Knowledge and experience in cross-functional project management methods and techniques.Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.Skill in planning and preparing written communications.Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
