Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and other communications (chat, email, etc.) in a timely manner
- Scheduling photo shoots (3D, aerial, video)
- Assist with technical issues
- Document all customer interaction in databases
- Process change orders
- Route incoming and outgoing inquiries to the correct resource providing great customer service
- Great communication and listening skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a call center or in the retail/restaurant industry is a plus
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Experience using Zendesk is a plus
- Ability to work independently and with teams
