SalubrisBio is seeking an experienced HR manager/senior manager to oversee all aspects of talent acquisition and retention. Developing a thorough understanding of SalubrisBio's business strategy, goals, and objectives for each functional area to ensure we build the right organizational capabilities to drive business resultsA' . Supporting executive leadership by serving as business partner in people related matters, policies and proceduresA' . Building robust talent management plans and creating and leading initiatives in line with SalubrisBio's well established corporate culture to attract, retain, develop, and engage the top talentA' . Leading the development and roll out of talent management processes and systems, including performance reviews, promotions and job re-levelingA' . Providing coaching and mentorship to help all employees develop and succeedA' . Providing compensation planning support and ensuring alignment of goals, performance standards and compensation strategiesA' . Developing and managing competitive and cost-effective benefit programs that will assist with employee retention, loyalty and performance and attract the top talentA' . Partnering with functional areas on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessmentA' . Working with recruiters to build out the teamQualifications: A' . Education: Bachelor's degree (Required), Master's degree (Preferred)A' . Ability to think strategically, but also not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"A' A' . Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve resultsA' . Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiativeA' . Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skillsA' .
