Accounts Receivable Specialist/ Deduction Analyst

Hybrid work schedule, work/life balance and opportunity for growth. location: Hanover, Marylandjob type: Permanentsalary: $70,000 - 80,000 per yearwork hours: 9 to 5education: Bachelor's degreeexperience: 5 Years responsibilities:Retrieve payment and deduction documentation via various websites for participating customers; contact customers via portals, emails, and telephone as necessary to communicate any deduction details.Analyze and resolve disputed amounts, working as a liaison between various personnel (warehouse, logistics, customer service) and customers.Monitoring customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other deductions.Maintenance of deduction recovery analytic templates.Account reconciliations, collections, adjustments. qualifications:BS in Accounting, Finance preferred5 years of related experienceStrong Excel skill set, ERP software experience (Great Plains, Dynamics NAV, Salesforce preferred)Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, positive team member skills: Account Reconciliation, ARFor certain assignments, Covid-19 vaccination and/or testing may be required by Randstad's client or applicable federal mandate, subject to approved medical or religious accommodations.
