Job Description:This Administrative Assistant III position will provide exceptional administrative support to the leadership team. The position requires proficient communication and customer service skills, advanced computer skills (particularly with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), strong organizational skills to include the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment and in-depth knowledge of bank policies and programs and of the department's functional operations. The position responsibilities include serving as a resource for basic company policies and procedures, communicating with senior leaders and associates to gather/convey relevant information and/or generation of executive level presentations (PowerPoint decks), EXCEL spreadsheets/business reports, and newsletters. The position performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions, acts as liaison to outside groups in coordinating events and meetings and maintains high-level contact and exposure to sensitive information that requires considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Additional responsibilities include:Coordinating, managing and scheduling of various leadership meeting/event and facilitation, communications planning and execution for executive team and all employees, management reporting for various routines, executive presentations.Supporting the administrative functions for Divisional and Market teams. Responsibilities may include operations analysis, identification and resolution of work flow issues, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, communication and personnel processes.Managing personnel, recruiting support, coordination of certain projects. Administers bank programs and policies and provides interpretation to department. May direct workflow activities.
