PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide complete supervision of work crews on-site including management of foreman and their duties and ensure all employee have necessary resources, proper tools and equipmentReview construction documents for completeness and constructability and provide input for scope clarificationsPrepare work plans, manage site work and logistics of construction site and set up temporary facilities including all temporary utilitiesUnderstand project logistics and project scheduleWork with the project teams to budget, forecast, and manage field personnel as well as management of labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other cost considerationsEnsures compliance with safety regulations and prevailing wage requirementsManage subcontractors for all work performed on-siteManage the overall project and 5-week look ahead schedules, including creating the master schedule and updating it on a weekly basisResponsible for developing leadership, motivation, and communication with owners, subs and project teamQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and/or 7-10 years of management experience and construction experience preferredExperience working on large multi-million dollar projects exceeding $8 Million dollars, K-12 experience neededIntermediate to advanced computer skills with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Adobe and BluebeamEffective presentation skillsExperience with financial and construction project management software such as Sage 300 CRE and/or ProcoreCompensation/Benefits: Industry leading compensation and complete benefits package, PTO, bonus potential Variety of truly high end custom homes project types with great area clients, many are repeatAbsolutely positive work environment with many long tenures and combined wealth of knowledgeFor Immediate Consideration APPLY TODAY!
