Job Title: Replenishment Manager Job Code: 149 Department: Grocery Reports To: Assistant Store Manager Primary Purpose: Responsible for shelf inventory management within Center Store, including responsibility for the in- stock position for our customers. Collaborate with Store and Department leadership to plan for key events, holidays, and merchandising events.Duties and Responsibilities: Order and maintain the product level of Center Store through proper utilization of CAOTrain, coach, and influence associates on ways to grow sales, reduce shrink and increase customer satisfactionPartner with schedule writers to ensure all replenishment and CAO activities are properly scheduledPrioritize daily workload to ensure that variety and selection is availableSet and achieve goals around continual in-stock service levels within Grocery, HBC, and DSD(between time of contracted service)Assist in planning proactively to address future business needs through the delivery of in-stock conditions and replenishment activitiesMaintain shelf allocations and replenishes in accordance with all policies, procedures and guidelinesSupport leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of our Brand and StrategySupport the achievement of budgeted financial operating results with a focus on minimizingSHRINK, achieving labor results, managing operating inventory, controlling supply expense and overall productivity.Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with a primary emphasis on creating a positive shopping experiencesRole model outstanding customer service, leveraging your skills and knowledge of department products to offer solutions that meet or exceed customers' expectationsControl store expenses through proper ordering of suppliesUnderstand and use company tools such as CAO and average cost inventory system (ACIS)Ensure that ordering and receiving is accomplished in accordance with policies and guidelinesObserve and correct all unsafe conditions that could cause associate or customer accidents.Report to Manager on Duty (MOD)Report to the MOD all associate and customer accidents in accordance with Food Lion's established proceduresAssist with the physical Center Store inventory of product on handEnsure compliance with local, state and federal regulationsAdhere to all company guidelines, policies, procedures, and standard practicesSuccessfully complete all training through computer based training, training packets, and training aid coursesPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications: High School graduate or equivalent preferredExcellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skillsGood understanding of store operations preferredAbility and willingness to learn multiple task and technical requirements of the jobAbility to use technical information to solve problemsMust meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functionsMust be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodationsAbility to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervisionGood understanding of ordering, CAO, and inventory systemsPhysical Requirements: Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functionsAbility to use hand held computers for ordering, scan outs, and inventory managementStand 100% of the time, frequently walking short distancesAbility to push or pull up to 2000 pounds using a pallet jack or float (stock cart)Perform repetitive hand and arm motionsBend and lift products weighing up to 15 lbs. continuously, 25 lbs. frequently, and approximately100 lbs. on occasionBe able to handle a variety of substances associated with cleaning and packaging materials, and household cleanersFrequent reaching and grasping at waist level: occasionally above shoulder or below waist levelMeet established volume activity standards for the positionTolerate working in extreme hot/cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes at a timeHave sufficient visual ability to check invoices, dates, and other written documentsJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:Associates must continue to wear face coverings unless their state or local ordinance has adopted CDC guidance on face coverings if the associate is fully vaccinated.Work Location: One location
