Position Title: Digital Marketing & Communications CoordinatorReports To: Director of Operations for the Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM)Position Summary: The Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the development, planning, distribution and monitoring of RAM marketing & communications through social media, print, e-mail, and web campaigns. This analytical and creative position requires a well- organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our team in communicating messages and reinforcing RAM branding to current and future members.Responsibilities: Use data driven strategies to regularly optimize campaigns and provide actionable insight.Design and manage digital content for website and social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.Provide activity metrics for all campaign channels monthly.Regular website updates/maintenance.Write, manage, and distribute membership communications.Collaborate in the design of marketing materials including but not limited to:- Creating, sizing, and pulling art elements such as templates, e-blasts, photos, web graphics and digital creative.- Developing ads, brochures, fliers, signage, logos, digital graphics, collateral, and publicationsWork alongside all departments to cultivate relationships with members and support membership recruitment and retention.Attend designated events and meetings as required.Perform other duties as assigned consistent with RAM goals/missions.Qualifications: Analytical thinker.Proficient digital marketing acumen and hands on experience managing multiples digital channels.Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Power Point.Proficient in digital design platforms and Word Press.Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with the public, restauranteurs, corporation, non-profit & government agencies, and fellow staff.Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and phone.Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.Self-Motivator with the ability to work independently.Ability to multi-task.Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)WordPress: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
