Dillion's Power Washing, LLC is looking for committed laborers and technicians to join their team starting March 1,2022 for the upcoming season.The ideal candidates will be willing to work Monday-Friday, 2 Saturday's a month, and 45 hours a week at the rate of $15-$18 an hour depending on experience.Tech Duties and ResponsibilitiesRoutinely check equipment to be sure there is an adequate water supply and properly working equipment each dayOperate pressure washer machinery to clean all surfacesThoroughly inspect surfaces and/or areas after washing to ensure quality of serviceRemove all items from the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly to move on to the next customerThe ability to follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury/Must be capable or moving, lifting, and working off of ladders. Step ladders and Extension ladders up to 32 FT.Fill out all paperwork in full everydayKeep assigned company vehicle clean and maintained each evening before departing depot.NO TOOLS LEFT BEHIND: At the end of every project a final walk around is required so that all company owned and assigned equipment is accounted for.Expect to working 2 Saturdays of each month throughout the seasonBe on time daily (Excessive tardiness will result in termination)Other duties as assigned by General ManagerQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least one year of industry experience with high-pressure equipment preferredExcellent communication skills and attention to detailMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50-120 pounds independentlyCandidates must have a clean driving record as a company vehicle will be provided for transportation to job locations.Summer positions starting mid-May - mid August ideal for college students also available.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:All techs are required to wear a mask while assisting customers.Ability to commute/relocate:Maryland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Willingness to travel:75% (Preferred)Work Location: One location
