Amador Bioscience, a Global translational sciences and clinical pharmacology services organization is seeking a Finance Manager to support the company's financial operations. Under the supervision of the Director of Finance; the Finance Manager will oversea the accounting team and will be responsible for developing and supporting the company's financial processes and systems; including but not limited to financial reporting and reporting , planning, forecasting, capital planning and budgeting. The incumbent will work in partnership with other departments and its entities/subsidiaries.Key ResponsibilitiesActively engage and contribute to long term planning & strategy and constantly seeking to value-add to the current process, information system, and business growth.Develop financial modeling and system support and track initiative progress, including margin revenue and monitor progress on key performance like budget & cost, revenue, margin and collection. Responsible for communicating monthly financial variance analysis.Supports financial and business controls and standards including SOX requirements.Responsible for managing the financial planning & analysis of the business according the organization' strategic goals and leadership vision.Lead the company management system improvement process by enhancing , and continually improving modeling, forecasting and budgeting-related financial activities in order to meet Amador's financial strategic goals and objectives.Work closely with the Finance Director to consolidate financial reporting from all entities and assist in corporate wide financial analysis and benchmarking reporting.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the organization is in compliance with federal and states laws .Collaborate with external stakeholders such as CPA Firms, due diligence team, investors to ensure the company fulfill its compliance requirement.Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management; including, special projects/ad hoc financial analyses and more.Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 10 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related environment. A minimum of 3 yrs working in a CRO environment is preferred. Solid accounting and financial reporting experience in an operational environment.Financial acumen and working knowledge of all financial statements.Ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese both verbally and in writing is preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, and team environment consisting of internal and external team members.Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment are required.Strong attention to detail with the ability to zoom out and provide executive summaries with key insights.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Financial analysis: 5 years (Preferred)License/Certification:CPA (Preferred)Work Location: One location
