Little Leaf E-commerce Fulfillment + Customer Care SpecialistOur Little Leaf Warehouse is seeking an E-commerce Fulfillment + Customer Care Specialist to work closely with our E-Commerce + Merchandise Planning Director to fulfill all online orders, handle online customer care, and manage physical tasks including: plant receiving, plant care, unpacking + processing inventory,The ideal candidate is a fast, efficient and independent worker with high attention to detail and strong customer service etiquette + excellent verbal + written communication skills. A successfulE-commerce Fulfillment + Customer Care Specialist is a flexible team player looking to grow and improve Little Leaf Warehouse's daily operations. This position will report directly to the E-Commerce +Merchandise Planning Director.E-commerce fulfillment responsibilities include:Packing all online + local pick-up orders that come through ' while ensuring accuracy and safety of inventoryUpholding our visual and brand standards while packing e-commerce ordersLearning the ins and outs of our inventory system and e-commerce platform, ShopifyCommunicating with the shop floor team + coordinating inventory movement for multiple ordersMaintaining a reliable working knowledge of inventory and products we carryCustomer care responsibilities include:Managing the Little Leaf Care email account by responding to all inquiries within 24-48 hours using kind and professional language in keeping with our Little Leaf standards, following all communication guidelines + email templatesProblem solving + troubleshooting when order issues arise promptly, providing proactive and creative solutions in order to minimize returns, keep sales, and make customers happyEffectively handling a number of competing priorities and tasks at the same timeKeep track of customer requests with online, delivery and pick-up ordersOperations responsibilities include:Receiving and processing new inventoryManaging plants regarding care, inventory levels, and organizationCoordinating with E-Commerce + Merchandise Planning Director with counting and updating inventoryPacking + price stickering items on the store transfer documents in a timely + organized manner while ensuring accuracy and safety of inventoryReceiving Little Leaf plant deliveriesAssisting in coordinating Little Leaf special sales (including: warehouse sales, Dog Days, custom orders, etc.Requirements and Position DetailsFull-time, hourly position with competitive benefitsFlexible availability + commitment to working evenings, weekends and holidays a mustExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively via multiple channelsPrevious experience in customer service or a customer facing roleExperience working with Shopify is strongly preferred but not requiredEfficient in Google App Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) + Slack communicationAbility to lift 50 lbs required and to be on your feet throughout daily shiftsIf you're passionate about customer service, love working behind-the-scenes + are a plant lover, come join our amazing team!WE AREOn a mission to inspire and promote well-being by empowering people to create thoughtful spaces that nurture and comfort them.
