Equivalent Experience Interviewing immediately Aston Carter is currently hiring 10 customer service specialists paying $16-$17/hr in Gainesville, Virginia! These opportunities have a hybrid schedule (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) so you must be within driving distance of Gainesville . Please see below for the daily responsibilities and if interested, submit your application and a recruiter will reach out to you immediately!"The customer service specialists are responsible for serving as a liaison between customers, field offices and vehicle recipients. Duties include maintaining operational efficiency by managing assigned orders, as well as maintaining communication with customers and external partners to ensure work orders are completed."Other duties include:Answering telephones, emails and any other communications promptly and courteously.Conducting telephone queries and communications in a professional manner with a display of business decorum.Providing exceptional customer service by developing good working relationships with customers.Documenting and resolving customer complaints via telephone and email to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinating daily activities and tracking order progression through provided tools to ensure timely customer service.Assisting with admin duties such as answering non-order specific questions from both corporate and retail customers, placing and cancelling orders as requested and disseminating email.Providing and recording customer quotes.Assisting the creation and distribution of ad hoc reports for customersRetrieving, assigning and monitoring customer orders to include placing orders.Utilizing various transportation provider systems to fulfill customer relocations as requested.Tracking order progression through provided tools to ensure timely customer service.Contacting customers via telephone and email to verify order information.Initiating timely customer communication with regard to vehicle issues, per established customer parameters.Addressing questions and offering solutions to customer and inter-company personnel.Assisting with driver communications in the fieldAbout Aston Carter:At Aston Carter, we're dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
