We're a fast-growing organization with over $1.2 billion in assets and 13 branches, serving 85,000 members across eight school systems and three community colleges.About This Career OpportunityUnder general supervision, but following established policies, procedures, and Mission strategy, provides a variety of service functions including processing deposits and withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, and account inquires. Enters transactions into the Credit Union computer based system. Responds to questions and/or provides information upon request from members. Processes requests/transactions as appropriate. Signs members up for Credit Union convenience products including direct deposit and eServices. Makes referrals to the Member Service team for additional products and services.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED). One (1) year cashing handling and customer service experience in a financial institution or retail organization required. Ability to speak and write in Spanish fluently. Ability to meet and/ or exceed sales goals. Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively.
