DescriptionLinkitall (LIA), LLC is seeking a Project Manager to provide video teleconferencing (VTC), Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and audiovisual (AV) installation and maintenance support for multiple Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) locations to include but not limited to Fort Eustis, Virginia, the Pentagon (Washington, DC), and off-base meeting locations.Our role is to provide operation and VTC/IPTV/AV maintenance, installation, network security and integration support to include products, equipment, parts, materials, labor and training needed to successfully maintain systems and equipment, replace defective components, recommend system upgrades, maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) and provide training for new equipment at designated TRADOC locations in Fort Eustis, Virginia and at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.Major Responsibilities (not all inclusive)Under the supervision of the Senior Program Manager, the Project Manager will have the authority to bind LIA and make decisions within the scope of the contract.The Project Manager will also be the primary contact when identifying and resolving all issues regarding LIA's professional services team.The Project Manager shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters, including technical matters relating to daily operation of the contract.The Project Manager shall be available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.Tasks include but are not limited to:Accountability for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects.Accountable as single point of contact for all projects.Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.Defines project scope and objectives.Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.Recommendations/proposals for improvements to and the interoperability of TRADOC existing VTC/IPTV/AV systems.Recommendations/proposals for upgrade to VTC/IPTV/VTC systems within TRADOC.Delivery of manuals and training supplies for maintenance and use of equipment.
