US Fertility is actively seeking a driven, high-performing Business Development/Sales Representative who is looking for an opportunity to use their skills and abilities to transform lives. The Business Development/Sales Representative role is focused on promoting the US Fertility brand and physicians offline and online, building and growing referral and partner relationships, and identifying creative new opportunities to reach, connect, and engage with more prospective patients who need fertility treatment. How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isnt specifically our job. In general, the is responsible for: Develops a deep customer, product, and market knowledge. Leads and executes all aspects of a national market growth strategy. Deploys strategies based on US Fertilitys proven go-to-market approach to increase awareness and inquiries, especially through untapped health plans and benefit administrator partners. Develops relationships with multiple partners to increase company customer base with proven successful results in sales Leverages US Fertilitys sales tools to identify the right targets, geographies, and partners to drive growth. Develops and executes plans for the pursuit and capture of key opportunities in the national managed care market. Works with centralized and local marketing teams to execute marketing programs and leverage marketing channels, including corporate communications, educational events, networking opportunities, etc. Exhibits adept ability to manage existing partnership to ensure retention, loyalty, and continued growth. Thrives and excels in sales positions that focus on consultative customer partnerships aimed at longer term business development. Manages and holds themselves accountable to a priority-based schedule with prospective customers and partners. Shows ability to make good choices on where they do and dont spend their time. Maintains customer base through consistent and strategic account management. Develops a solid understanding of company products, customer programs and benefits, and our market development sales approach to effectively engage with prospective customers. Analyzes and interprets data to drive decision making. Able to host, lead, and present in front of large audiences. What You'll Bring: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Advertising, or Marketing and minimum five years of marketing and project management. 7+ years of sales experience in consultative sales environment. Prior track record and examples of success in a business development role. Ability to work with & understand complex channels & distribution models. Able to quickly develop rapport and credibility. Ability to influence key stakeholders to become advocates for US Fertility. Proficient understanding of fundamental financial and operational concepts. Experience using CRMs, Salesforce.com preferred. Valid drivers license & Bachelors degree required. Willingness and ability to travel.
