Human Resources Information System Administrator
The HRIS/HR Administrator works closely with the HR team as well as the companys Business Segments in HRIS administration, reporting needs and general HR. Reports to the HRIS Manager. Creates, maintains and updates employee records in the HRIS system Answers inquiries and provides information on employee records to authorized agencies including state and federal agencies, including unemployment claims, employment verifications and subpoenas. Assists in providing information to auditors for various audits. Assist in data reporting and gathering on an as-needed basis. Monitor compliance training completion in the Emtrain and UKG system. Support HRBPs with Axients Segment needs. Answers general HR and HRIS inquiries from staff Assist with data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Assists with creating/maintaining applicant flow log for AAP reporting Assists with compliance reporting including EEO, VETS, OSHA and California-specific reports. Assists with Business Development reporting/data needs. Assist with the various HR processes as needed, ie Open Enrollment, Performance Reviews, On-Boarding, Off-Boarding Training, etc. Assists with HR projects as needed. Required skills/Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years HR experience Knowledge of human resources concepts, best practices and procedures Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to learn new systems and technology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Exceptional communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Bachelors degree in HR or related field Must meet applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols Applicants for positions which require a US government security clearance must meet eligibility requirements to include US citizenship.
