And you have a meaningful role to play as you:n * Inspire a team of front desk associates to achieve sales and retail goals.n * Set team members up for success by managing the flow of the shift, ensuring tasks are completed on time and team members have the information and support needed to do their very best.n * Help clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch.n * Establish relationships with members and guests grow and retain a client base.n * Connect clients with retail products that improve, enhance, and extend the positive impact of the services they receive.nAs a team, we're committed to delivering an excellent experience every time and growing our member base to help more people on their wellness journey. Your role in our mission is converting guests to members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. This includes:n * Assist the Manager supervise Wellness Consultants (Sales) at the Arundel Mills location.n * Assist the Manager and maintain the Wellness Consultants (Sales) schedules at the Arundel Mills location.n * Assist the Manager in on-boarding and training new Wellness Consultants (Sales) regarding policies, procedures, and practices.n * Conduct weekly check-in and goals reviews with Wellness Consultant (Sales) team members.n * Assist the Manager conduct 30, 60, 90 day and Annual Performance Assessments with Wellness Consultant (Sales) team members.n * Assist the Manager manage and monitor clinic email accounts.n * Manage member first level (less than 60 days) inactive and suspends correspondence.n * Manage general clinic supplies inventory process on a weekly basis.n * Manage the maintenance process of computers, iPads, credit cards readers and printers.n * Monitor the facilities and maintenance issue log.n * Assist clinic management team with preparing for periodic corporate operational reviews.n * Participate in quarterly recruitment activity and events.n * Other duties as assigned.nWe are conducting phone and video interviews this week.nTEXT 443- - to begin the application process or apply through Massage Envy Jobs or INDEEDnWhat We'll Accomplish TogethernAs a team, we're committed to delivering an excellent experience every time and growing our member base to help more people on their wellness journey.
