Ideal candidate will be a licensed VA Real Estate Broker with a passion of helping newly licensed agents become successful polished agents.Job responsibilities include: Move new and under performing agents to Capper (proficient production) statusRecruit new and under performing agents to office Productivity Program within the first 90 daysGuide associates in Productivity Coaching by utilizing the KW Productivity tools Coach these associates on the activities that will lead them to their desired resultsCollaborate with Market Center leadership to consistently communicate Market Center valueMeet weekly with associates in Productivity Coaching to review their key metrics and hold them accountable to completion of actions and guide associates to the appropriate solution in the Productivity Solution FunnelTrack associate results with Market Center LeadershipSupport the Team Leader in generating, implementing, and communicating the monthly training calendarPromote Productivity Coaching at associate orientation, in team meetings, at real estate schools, on career nights, etc.Consult all agents in contract compliance issues.Serve as the first point of contact for all production and compliance related issues for the Market Center
