Overview: VTG is seeking a highly motivated individual capable of working independently and in teams as a Management Analyst (Financial) to provide Program Management Office (PMO) support to the Digital Integration Support Cell (DISC). This position will support the Budget and Financial Management team in Washington, DC. Responsibilities: Support the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) Planning Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process as it relates to the DISC and DISC programs;Prepare, review, and verify appropriation and budget exhibits;Conduct analysis for short and long-range budget requirements;Submit a variety of financial documents/PRs to cognizant field activities;Prepare documents/PRs to execute funding in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system;Provide financial analysis and reports;Track documents/PRs through financial execution process to completion and field activity acceptance;Respond to internal and external data calls (eg, MSRs (internal); Issue Papers (external));Prepare financial execution documents as assigned;Compile, track and analyze financial performance metrics;Maintain Spend Plans;Facilitate financially related IPTs;Support program reviews;Develop and prepare draft documentation to support financial execution briefings and data calls. Qualifications: Required Skills:Bachelors Degree.5+ years of relevant experience with the DoD:o Applied knowledge of DoD PPBE processo Experience with budget cycle from planning through executiono Understanding of obligations and expenditures and related concepts (OSD goals, result of under execution, etc.).Applied Navy Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) experience (Functional Requirement):o Building Packageso Generating and Analyzing Reports.Must have an active and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.Preferred Skills:Active Top Secret clearance.2+ years experience providing BFM support to Navy programs.Acquisition Program Office support experience and/or HQ Level Experience.
