The Systems Engineer is expected to understand project lifecycle methodologies, help introduce best practices, and transform lessons learned into process improvements. Experience producing strong technical documentation, organization, and communication skills is a large part of the role. The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and management teams is required. They must be comfortable working independently with little to no supervision and be committed to helping create and foster a collaborative and transparent organization. System Engineers may be called upon to create slide packages and documents that communicate key concepts or technical capabilities in a clear, easy to understand manner.
