WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - With a North Star of growing the movement of veterans continuing to serve and lead in communities, this role will support automated email and other marketing efforts to expand our veteran volunteer base and individual giving program. - Lead our email marketing strategy and execution process (create calendar, provide creative direction) from creation and editing through approvals, publishing, measurement, list optimization, and list maintenance. - Leverage marketing analytics to provide insights into overall email marketing ROI and drive continuous process improvement and channel/source optimization. - Analyze email and push marketing data to provide actionable recommendations. - Partner with colleagues on the Marketing team on the execution of long and short-term email marketing strategy and plans with a focus on "expanding the funnel" through organic search and social media/influencer traffic. - Support the digital fundraising strategy and partner with internal and agency contacts to evaluate the user experiences and journeys with the goal of driving revenue org-wide. - Develop an understanding of the customer journey (donor, veterans, partners) while planning strategic content for engagement, education, and brand awareness. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - You have a minimum 3 years of work experience in email marketing, traditional and digital non-profit marketing with excellent writing and content development skills. - You are skilled at the conceptualization and execution of email and direct response marketing campaigns to drive results. - You are comfortable and familiar with marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably Pardot (or similar) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - You are a creative email marketing professional who is excited to lead efforts to deploy and optimize our email content including: personalization, A/B testing, analytics, data integrity, and other lifecycle marketing technologies. - You are a strong communicator and collaborator with excellent project management and decision-making skills.Salary Range: $80K -- $100K *Minimum QualificationDigital Marketing & Social Media
