Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board!nnnWHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOBnn * This job is a member of the Hubs and Gateways Team, within the Customer Experience Division.n * Responsible for managing, developing, and coordinating all customer related activities ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and experience.nnnWHAT YOU'LL DOnn * Oversees day to day customer service operations including oversight of the ticket counter and gate activity in multiple facilitiesn * Ensures efficient use of resources to achieve operational performance targetsn * Enforces all company and departmental procedures including safety and securityn * Reviews staffing requirements and bid schedules for all employeesn * Communicates procedural changes to Customer Service Managers and frontline employees ensuring compliancen * Monitors and analyzes trends to achieve on time performancen * Mentors and develops employeesn * Identifies areas which require improvementn * Develops and implements processes to achieve improved efficiency and productivityn * Enhances vendor relations and ensures contractual obligations are performedn * Ensures all internal audit requirements are in compliancen * Develops an annual expense plan and monitors the budgetn * Assists with interviews and selection of CSMs/Customer Service Supervisorsn * Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidaysn * Complete other duties as requirednnnALL YOU'LL NEED FOR SUCCESSnnMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experiencenn * Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Business Management or relevant field or equivalent experience/trainingn * 3 yearsxe2x80x99 work experience in Airline Customer Service supervisorynnxc2xa0nnPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experiencenn * N/Annxc2xa0nnSkills, Licenses & Certificationsnn * Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.n * Excellent analytical skills and proficient use of PC related softwaren * Strong leadership and organizational skillsn * Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and can tolerate high stress situationsn * Ability to effectively delegate work assignments and manage large groups of employeesnnxc2xa0nnnWHAT YOU'LL GETnnFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer:xc2xa0nn * Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
