We're looking for an IT Director , working in the Real Estate industry in Bethesda, Maryland, United States . Oversees the entire IT department, including infrastructure and applications. Manages and oversees all stages of the development lifecycle for new projects. Works to deliver products on time and on budget. Helps to prioritize short and long term objectives. Maintains existing programs, seeing that necessary updates are made. Oversees maintenance of hardware. Stays up to date on security risks and ensures corporate security. Reports progress and challenges to senior management. Sees that all reported issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Details The pay range we are offering is 60,000 to 130,000 per year. Experience Required for Your Success Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in an IT setting Significant experience in all phases of the development lifecycle Solid working knowledge of current security protocols and threats Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills What Do You Think?
