We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to develop the strategy and rollout for a newly created vertical launch at Kit Check. This is a unique opportunity to design, create, and execute all aspects of a marketing plan. What you'll be doing: Content Development * Ideate and create distinct positioning that articulates persona-specific value propositions. * Develop engaging content for all phases of the sales funnel to support penetration and conversion programs. * Develop proper ROI messaging that is specific to each product and buyer persona. * Ensure that all public-facing marketing content is anchored in fact-based information and is consistent across different channels. * Benchmark content projected goals vs. actuals in terms of MQL to SQL conversions. Go-To-Market * Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing launch strategy and plan, ensuring launch readiness, and coordinating post-launch monitoring and reporting. * Partner with product management to devise and execute product-release communication strategy and provide market data inputs to prioritize product roadmap investment. * Develop campaign strategy and critical metrics to track the launch and efficiency of the campaign. * Partner with sales and sales support on training, including product launch, value proposition, and competitive differentiation. Market Insights and Analysis * Inform all aspects of go-to-market strategy with primary and secondary market research, competitive landscape assessment, and industry analysis. * Identify industry trends and dynamics, providing analysis and positioning for both internal stakeholders and clients. * Partner with product management to provide insights on client adoption in order to inform new tools, investments, and programs. Qualifications * Proven experience designing and executing successful marketing campaigns * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with high-quality, timely execution * Excellent analytical skills with an ability to compile and analyze campaign data to inform decisions * Problem solver who enjoys developing solutions in a clear and efficient manner * Cross-functional collaboration competence; ability to adapt to work with a wide range of functions and stakeholders * Strong presentation skills; confident and capable in delivering and defending recommendations and other information to varied audiences including sales teams and executives * Ability to write/edit persuasively, clearly, and succinctly * Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Healthcare and analytics background is a plus * Experience developing the marketing strategy for a new product, division or vertical required * Must be creative and resourceful * Experience with data-driven organization required This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
