You will be a key contributor to the Sales team, applying technical product expertise to build appropriate solutions for prospects. You will be hands on, delivering solutions that meet and exceed client expectations around our technology and processes. You will also assist customers in integrating Synack into existing customer workflows. You will be a high impact, go-to technical resource who is an early touch point for customers, establishing Synack as an innovative technical leader for enterprise customers. If you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment, and think quickly on your feet, keep reading Here's What You'll DoSet the foundation of a strong technical partnership between Synack and future clients, fielding questions about vulnerability discovery, management and remediationUtilize outstanding relevant technical competencies coupled with a consultative mindset to gather requirements, understand customer needs and influence internal stakeholdersDeliver comprehensive pre-sales technical engagement planning, including:Understanding the digital attack surface and value at riskPerforming hands on black and gray box surveys of applications and networksDocumenting and reporting survey findings with customers and internal stakeholdersTheir security program and existing vulnerability programs, tools and methods, including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) requirements and goalsLeveraging findings to create technical proposalsProvide support during prospect meetings by leading relevant product demosPartner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute key account development plansHere's What You'll NeedBS/BA or higher-level degree in relevant field preferred2+ years of proven experience with technical sales, EnterpriseAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to thrive and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong, hands-on technical background with a consultative approachOutstanding presentation skillsCompelling, professional communication style in written responses to emails, RFPs, white papers, and report submittalsExperience with penetration testing methodologies, tools, and legal requirementsExperience with common vulnerability discovery, management and remediation conceptsExperience with vulnerability management, risk management frameworks and associated business workflowsRelevant industry certifications (eg Network+, Security+, CISA, CEH, CISSP)Compliance and audit familiarity (PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2)It's all hands on deck, it's hard work, it's winning, it's Synack.
