Working with public and privates schools, our programs provide opportunities for children of every background to learn new skills, develop critical connections, and have fun. From after-school programs, summer camps and coding bootcamps, KidzToPros has taught over 1,000,000 curriculum hours to more than 35,000 students in more than 400 schools across the US We are looking for an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our School Partnership team. KidzToPros is seeking a high-performing, sharp, agile, and energized individual, who will grow our presence in schools within a given territory. In this role, you will make outbound calls to schools who have expressed interest in our programs, as well as, target schools and school districts. You will be responsible for closing partnerships and establishing KidzToPros programs within the schools.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Proactively build, maintain, and manage a highly productive pipeline.Prospect and identify key decision-makers to develop opportunities.Respond quickly and effectively to inbound inquiries via phone calls and emails.Explain how KidzToPros brings value to school communities and growth efforts.Document all activities within CRM and workflow software.Consistently achieve qualified quotas to ensure the revenue objectives of the growth team.Maintain clear communication and work through challenges with team leader.Job Requirements:Must have a proven track record of over-achieving monthly and quarterly goalsExperience in successfully managing a high volume of client interactions, via email and phone.Must be organized and maintain accurate notes of communications with schools.Experience working in a team environment.A desire to sell programs that have a positive impact on students.
