We are looking for an aide who is passionate about providing data-driven instruction and positive behavioral supports. This educator will cultivate a strong culture of achievement and support inclusive classroom communities where students are engaged and working towards independence. If you are ready to join a team of dedicated educators who are committed to ensuring that all students have access to a high-quality education that empowers them to actualize their dreams, apply today!ResponsibilitiesPlan for and provide excellent classroom instruction for a student(s) in a PS-8th grade classroom Provide support to the classroom community and teachers Provide small group instruction based on state standards and school-wide goals for achievement Collaborate with teachers to meet the needs of all learners and to design effective instructional and behavioral plans Receive feedback and coaching from school leaders Reward positive student behavior and hold students accountable using school-wide systems; implement individual behavior plans with fidelity Collect data and documentation to support planning for student growth Adjust planning and instruction to meet the needs of individual and small groups of students Participate in family engagement activities including home visits, phone calls to family members, and school-based meetings with families. Engage with family members regularly.
