This involves a wide range of activities covering Microsoft technologies like Skype for Business/Teams as well as emerging solutions such as Zoom, Slack, and Facebook. Your role is to guide customers throughout all stages of their solution enablement, creating effective documentation, validating/troubleshooting installations and helping to deliver the Unify Square portfolio of services. Successful candidates will have strong technical knowledge of Office 365 and supporting technologies. Given the wide range of customer stakeholders that you will engage with, strong personal and communication skills are a must.
