The Admissions Representative actively assists in the enrollment of students as detailed in enrollment policy procedure provided by the FXUA Admissions procedures. The Admission Representative is directly accountable to the FXUA Director of Admissions.Responsibilities and Duties:Achieve targeted enrollment goals for each semester in a fast-paced work environment.Organize and manage leads generated through multiple sources.Convert leads to enrolled students.Use phone, email, and text to contact and communicate with prospective students.Interview prospective students to determine interest in attending FXUA.Determine if a prospective student has the desire and qualifications to attend FXUA.Communicate to prospective students all details as they relate to the particular program of interest.Keep accurate records of communication, interviews conducted, and enrollments generated.Recommend qualified prospective students for admission into FXUA.Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the enrollment process.Stay up to date with details of all programs including prices and duration of programs.Promote the university to prospective students on and off campus.Attend meetings virtually or in person as described in pandemic mitigation policy.Perform other related duties as required.Job Requirements:Job requirementsBachelor's Degree.
