Olive is improving healthcare operations today, so everyone can benefit from a healthier industry tomorrow.Job OverviewOlive's Work Management Tool, Workfront, is the hub of information related to our delivery processes. It enables forecasting, project team staffing, delivery status, and efficient collaboration. The Workfront Administrator supports the Customer Experience team by ensuring we leverage Workfront to its maximum potential. This includes supporting users, introducing enhancements, expanding use to new areas, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the tool presents accurate data to drive decision making. The role requires technical skills in addition to cross team collaboration. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and can easily partner with our stakeholders to deliver meaningful change as Olive grows and scales as a company.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnable the Customer Team by by supporting, deploying, and enhancing the work management tool used to track customer implementationsAct as the Workfront champion and day-to-day resource for training and troubleshootingProvide technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to teams while gathering requirements and supporting business analysis. Provide input on alternative solutions to user enhancement requests ensuring the team is fully educated on required effort, technical constraints, and impacts to existing uses.Completes system build, configuration, and development tasks based on design specifications.Design and build reports to answer operational questions and provide input to data driven decision makingProvide technical support to system end users functioning as the primary resource for managing and resolving system issues.Maintain detailed system documentationConfigure Workfront to support new teams and usersEstablish metrics, build reports, communicate objectives and track adoption related to WorkfrontKeep abreast of current industry developments and trendsPerform statistical analysis on gathered data, running queries and making recommendationsDrive regular audits on data to increase data quality, resolve inconsistencies, correct workflow and/or system integration processes.RequirementsBachelors or Associates in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent professional experience3+ years professional experience in at least one of the following roles: Functional System Administrator / Configuration Manager / Solution Architect / Project Manager / Consultant1+ year experience working with Workfront or other work management tool preferredProven ability to build, evolve, and maintain an enterprise level platform for cross-functional teams. Project management platform & Workfront preferredAbility to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needsAble to think creatively to build unique Workfront solutions to address uncommon business needsKnowledge of project management best practices and efficiencies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, Six Sigma, etc.)Demonstrated user forward thinking with the knowledge and confidence to advise on best practiceDemonstrated ability to interface with and understand business leaders and usersExperience with third party integrations (ETL, API, etc.)Experience with Salesforce and Jira preferred Demonstrated understanding of database fundamentalsComfortable working under tight deadlines and aggressive deliverablesExceedingly motivated, high energy, and self-sufficient learnerAbility to work independently and be resourceful when confronted with ambiguityEffective organizational skills and attention to detail, and ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask to meet multiple deadlines, working within a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to interpret and anticipate needs in order to develop clear and attainable goals, objectives and execution of plansThis role can be located remotelyAt Olive, we're committed to growing and empowering an inclusive community within our company and industry.
