This role reports to the Dowty Propellers Sterling Customer Operations Management Leader. Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead activities relating to fulfillment support for the FMS, GE Canada, and Rolls-Royce Customers.Communication with the FMS Program Manager and the Field Team.Track repairs in the shop and the field for responsible customers. Monitor the orders for on time delivery according to the contract and customer's requirements.Supply of materials to the field as required to complete work in the field.Working with ITC for shipments to customers in a timely manner. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services) Desired CharacteristicsProficiency in the use of MS Office including excelProficiency in the use of Government websites including IRAPT, WAWF, DCMA e-toolsStrong communication skillsDetail-orientedExperience of working in a Customer Services environmentAviation Industry experience, particularly dealing with military and export customers an advantageAbility to build relationships and influence othersAbility to multi-task and prioritizeKnowledge of Government Property Regulations preferredKnowledge of Oracle Golf ERP preferredKnowledge of military export shipments preferred Additional InformationGE offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
