We are a growing company-born at the intersection of advanced analytics, data and technologyThe Director/Sr Mgr of Business Intelligence Delivery is responsible for managing all aspects of reporting within Blend360 to ensure performance contributes to the organization's success. Oversee a team of data analysts and engineers, collaborating closely with various departmental stakeholders and driving multiple enterprise analytics initiatives as our company continues to grow. Builds and champions the application of reporting, analysis tools, dashboards, and business knowledge to develop and implement replicable reports, datasets, and databases to achieve performance and financial metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides leadership, process development and supports the successful execution of the Reporting function which maintains accurate datasets/warehouses, supplies ad-hoc and scheduled reports and is responsible for the publishing of performance reportsLeads the design, build-out, and maintenance of datasets, reports, and dashboards in accordance with established business requirementsEstablishes and maintains data governance efforts as they relate to reportingPartners with key stakeholders within IT and the various operational groups to ensure all data sources needed for performance reporting are defined and incorporated into the appropriate data-mart/data-setOversees and manages internal and vendor/virtual resourcesResponsible and accountable for leading the defining, building, testing, and maintenance of performance reporting infrastructure and data analysis, including the extraction, publication, and communication of reports and dashboards.Drive collaboration in the development, documentation, distribution, and testing of new and existing reports, debugging and troubleshooting reports and code, and providing support and assisting users to ensure quality.Identify information needed, sources, and tools to deliver analysis and reports on performance at the individual, department, and national level.Develop monitoring, adherence, and escalation processes and reporting on execution through operational use.Defines roles, responsibilities and establishes direct accountabilities for reporting staff to ensure consistency of operations through the use of visual analytic and reporting tools and practices.Executes Performance Management cycle responsibilities (reviews, salaries and incentives). Formulates development plans and roadmaps for new and incumbent staff to help them succeed at their job responsibilities.Assists with the development and/or monitoring of workflow, procedures, and metrics to track employee and department productivity, gathers and analyses statistics and makes recommendations for performance improvements.Collaborate with Leadership - provide meaningful and credible feedback on reporting capabilities, data availability, and customer trend information.Acts as liaison and partner with IT and the business process area to identify, implement, and support systems and processes.Works with and directs all resources on requirements and reviewing the quality of work prior to move to production.This is a Hands-on, Player-Coach roleQualificationsQualifications10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, and data warehousing.Highly analytical, metrics-driven, with the ability to turn empirical data into insightful, strategic decisions and tactical team plansEstablished track record driving business goals and offerings through data, business intelligence, and analyticsHave built and led a data team that has created a data-driven culture at a company as it scalesProven ability to manage multiple competing priorities against capacity constraintsExcellent interpersonal skills required to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals and cultures, at all levelsAttention to detail and a passion for precision and accuracyStrong analytical, organizational & time management skillsUtilizes creative strategies to analyze and produce effective documentsAbility to work independently, as well as collaborate with othersSome travel will be requiredExperienceMasters/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related field or experienceWell versed in a technology stack including Tableau, Power BI SSRS, OLAP and CognosExperience working in cloud infrastructure such as AWS Glue, AWS Redshift, Snowflake and/or Microsoft Azure/GCPConversant in multidimensional data modeling and self-service BIData visualization and dashboardingExtensive knowledge of database administration and creationKnowledge of ETL processes, data mining techniques, database architecture, and SQLAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
