ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance and supervision of the task lead, the candidate will develop and maintain:SharePoint applications to support client effectively intake, monitor, close out, and report on the status of their program activities.Software development lifecycle documentation.End user training documentation.Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the following:Perform system security and database administration support for SharePoint.Process system authorization access requests.Conducted trainings to users adequately addressing their questions and challenges.Provide end user support via a help desk QualificationsRequiredClearanceInterim SecretMinimum Education/ CertificationBachelor's degree in a discipline related to the tasking-- a four-year degree in information technology or similar disciplineProfessional Experience3 year of experience designing, developing, and administering Microsoft SharePoint (SharePoint 2010 and 2013), including InfoPath forms. Knowledge and experience using programming language/technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, C#, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML, Bootstrap, Nintex, AngularJS.Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans & execute major work assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. DesiredExperience in DoD supporting similar SharePoint requirements.Experience supporting financial management projects.Experience maintaining system-based tools that support audits.Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and current project team members to gather requirements, develop, perform testing cycles, deploy into the production environment, and provide demos.Technical certification such as:Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSA): Enterprise Administrator ExpertMicrosoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) CompTIA Security+ MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer), ITIL, (SharePoint) MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), (SQL Database Development), Security+ Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
