Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a prominent D.C. university that is looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to assist students, parents, and faculty in the fast-paced environment of enrollment management. If you are an outgoing, customer service driven individual who wants to be the first face of interaction with students, families, and faculty, then apply now!

Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this role.


  • Provide excellent customer interactions in person, by phone, and email
  • Direct families where to go on campus when they walk into the office
  • Offer one-on-one sessions with students during the enrollment process
  • Multi-task using several computer programs and analytical thinking skills to find and relay information to callers
  • Assist to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports for the office

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Strong customer service and call center experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Banner Student Information system preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
