Qualifications
Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for the GS-343-11.
Specialized experience is at least one year of experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service, performing a variety of administrative, analytical, evaluative and technical duties on behalf of the Director.
Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for the GS-343-12.
Specialized experience is at least one year of experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, performing a variety of administrative, analytical, evaluative and technical duties on behalf of the Director.

Comprehensive knowledge of art museum practices in general; of the language and methods used in the museum field.
Comprehensive knowledge and skill in the application of qualitative/quantitative methods and the ability to perform analyses, assemble and evaluate information and solve administration, communication and other problems sufficient to advise on office policy, correspondence protocols and standard operating procedures and oversee, coordinate, and aid in implementation of said policies and procedures to meet administrative and business needs. Demonstrated experience and skill in compiling and integrating large amounts of varying kinds of data; in organizing information and proficiency in using and maintaining databases and various software programs sufficient to research, analyze, evaluate and retrieve information and materials necessary to prepare cogent, accurate reports on diverse topics for the Director's meetings. Working knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices of budget/finance and personnel management sufficient to perform tasks involved with coordinating with appropriate Gallery management and staff; performing related duties for the Director and staff; and managing and tracking budgets and tracking expenditures.

As the Program Analyst, you will:
- Advises on office policy, correspondence protocols and standard operating procedures, and oversees, coordinates, and aids in implementation of said policies and procedures.
- Works directly with Gallery Trustees regarding issues concerning Board of Trustee meetings, meetings with the Director or any executive officer and specific requests for information from Trustees.
- Coordinates and monitors, in collaboration with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives, the allocation of personnel and budgetary resources for the Director's office and the offices that report to it, with the goal of ensuring appropriate needs are met.
- Plans, performs research for, prepares, and oversees the organization of material for the Director's meeting agendas.
- Directs all scheduling activities for the Director, resolving questions and conflicts, and approving or referring proposed appointments.
- Reviews selected correspondence coming into the office, drafting replies as needed for the Director's signature.
