Description HYBRID WORK OPPORTUNITY WITH RAPIDLY GROWING COMPANY LOOKING TO HIRE A FINANCE MANAGER WITH OPERATIONS AND PROCUREMENT / SUPPLY CHAIN EXPERIENCE!This unique opportunity is the first position of it's kind as this company is looking to expand it's procurement team and is looking for a take-charge, motivated individual to help build out this department and serve as liaison between finance and operations.Robert Half has partnered with an established and exponentially growing client of ours in the Baltimore are to hire a Finance Manager focused in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Pricing. This Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning & analysis supporting the procurement team, including monthly close and reporting, forecasting, and more. This role will also identify areas of improvement and assist with creating efficiencies in the supply chain and financial reporting process. You will manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including monthly analysis on spending, inventory, supplier costing, margin analysis, and more! We are looking for someone with experience partnering supply chain and procurement who has managed several hundred million in procurement activity. How will you make an impact: * Monthly analysis of spending, supplier costing, and margin analysis * Identify, recommend and implement ways to expand procurement reporting capabilities* Assist with making strategic sourcing decisions* Drive improvements in inventory quality* Partner with procurement and supply chain to identify opportunities and inflation risks* Work with IT to implement reporting tools* and more as you and the business identify other areas of improvement and interest!
