Develop, implement, and maintain division-wide accounting structures and systems to ensure financial/asset security and compliance with all state and federal laws as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Oversee and monitor daily operations of assigned areas to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting systems and internal controls. Monitor financials. Coordinate the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data. Prepare standard and special reports. Guide other internal RH client departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy, applying observations and making recommendations.
