Overview: BOOST is helping one of our successful clients hire a motivated and well-qualified Financial Cost Analyst IV to join their expanding team. You should have both require financial analysis experience as well as management experience involved in planning, problem solving, data collection, and analysis. You must be able to develop financial plans/budgets/forecasts and must be familiar with Federal financial, budgeting, planning, policies and standards. This position is telework friendly due to pandemic but will have some required on-sitecomponents. Responsibilities: Preparing cost estimates for DoD programs. Support project estimating as well as estimating support for contract modifications. Oversees large estimating assignments and coordinates efforts of estimating team. Responsible for overall management of comprehensive estimate development, review, and submission. Knowledgable in Department of Defense (DoD) statutory Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Economic Analysis (EA), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE) and Component Cost Estimates (CCE), Business Case Analyses (BCA), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Acquisition/Cost Integrated Product Team (IPT) Support, DoD cost policy and research efforts, and formulate business cost analysis (BCA) briefs for new IT systems and enhancements to existing systems. Additionally, the scope of this effort will require accuracy and integrity of cost related documents such as Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Acquisition Program Baselines, and other acquisition and cost related documents.
