Human Resources Business Partner
Equivalent ExperienceDescription:Provide advice and counsel to operations leaders to facilitate the resolution of employee relations matters.Assist in the preparation and negotiations of Collective Bargaining Agreements.Support administration of benefits programs and serve as a liaison between employees and benefit administrators.Assure and assess compliance to human resources policies and procedures as well as applicable legislation and regulations.Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural issues and inquiries.Provide support for labor contract administration including grievances and investigations.Administer HR programs related to training and development, performance management, benefits, compensation, leave management, compliance, staffing and onboarding.Analyze and provide recommendations for process improvements related to standard operating procedures and procedures.Perform other assignments as assigned.Additional Skills & Qualifications:A minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources or Labor Relations. Prior experience in government contracting or in the service, construction, manufacturing, and 7 years' experience is preferred.A minimum of three years of experience in a front line role interacting with Union-represented employees and representation.
